HYROX is a global fitness race that combines functional strength, conditioning, and running into a standardized format: 8 workout stations paired with 8 × 1K runs. Every event is the same worldwide, making HYROX one of the most measurable, repeatable fitness challenges on the planet.
Endurance:
Running capacity, aerobic efficiency, and steady-state pacing needed for long-duration effort.
Functional Strength:
Movements like sled push/pull, wall balls, lunges, carries, and rowing that build full-body strength and power.
Work Capacity:
Ability to perform high-volume functional movements under fatigue while maintaining technique.
Pacing & Strategy:
Learning how to manage heart rate, transitions, and station efficiency to perform your best on race day.
Our HYROX classes are designed for all levels—whether you’re stepping into hybrid training for the first time or prepping for your next Race Day PB.
Workouts can be scaled and modified based on experience, mobility, and conditioning level. Beginners will learn foundational technique and pacing, while seasoned athletes will refine race strategy and push performance thresholds.
