We run, row, lift, & throw.  We jump, push and pull.  And we combine these elements to create different challenging workouts each and every day.


Our members get stronger, gain endurance, lose body fat, and become more functional and flexible human beings.  Plus, the community is top notch.  You’ll be part of something so much more than just a group workout classes.  Coaches and other members want you to succeed as much as you do, and it shows!

In your workouts you will be using functional core strength and conditioning movements including: weight lifting, running, Olympic lifting, rowing, kettlebells, gymnastic movements, medicine ball conditioning and plyometrics.  The workouts are expertly programmed to give YOU fitness, strength, and body composition changes you never thought possible!


Choose from convenient class times of 5:20 am, 6:20 am, & 9:15 am or 4:40 pm & 5:40 pm on weekdays. On Saturdays we’ve got classes at 7:00 am, 8:00 am, and 9:00 am.


We also now have LeanFit classes at 5:40 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, and at noon and 5:15 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Saturdays we hold LeanFit at 8 am.  LeanFit is a perfect place to start your CrossFit journey, but some members love it and stick with it, month after month!
