Meet YOUR Coach – Endurance expert, Preston Williams.
Preston is a former USA Triathlon Coach and Ironman athlete. He has a World Championship Ironman 70.3 mile race under his belt, as well as multiple Ultramarathons. Currently, he is a USA High School Swim Coach and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer at Solution 1 CrossFit.
His coaching and endurance programming will benefit competitive endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes alike. If you want to improve your Aerobic Engine for CrossFit, this class is for you, too.

The classes will move around, too! Sometimes they will be held at S1CF, sometimes a local track, maybe even a trail run. We’ll use all of Shawnee to help your endurance!
