In addition to our regular CrossFit classes we also have:

QuickFit! –  A quick warm-up and a WOD all in 30 minutes flat.  The perfect late afternoon workout for all the busy people out there.
Olympic Weightlifting with Istvan Javorek –  Learn from a master coach!  We bring in Coach Javorek every 4 to 6 weeks to help with the high technique Olympic Lifts.  If you’d like to be alerted about our next Javorek Class, just fill out the contact form HERE and I will add you to our e-mail list.

LeanFit – Functional training with a focus on lighter weights, more cardiovascular exercise, core work, and nutritional support.  LeanFit will get you Lean and Fit

Explosive Endurance –  Aerobic training mixed with strength and power exercises to maximize your endurance.  Looking to get better at 5K’s, 10K’s and/or triathlons?  Then this class is for you.
