So, what does a LeanFit class look like?

Wordcloud To do 1,prop C,color01,text 06,BRANDThe core of LeanFit is functional, compound movements that utilize your entire body.  You’ll be doing squats, lunges, push-ups, and other body-weight movements.  We sprinkle in some light weight-lifting that will provide a tremendous training response (NO ladies, this will NOT make you bulky).  The light weight lifting can help you develop a lean, defined physique and get the metabolism really pumping.  In addition, we add cardio elements such as jogging, rowing, biking, and jump rope and throw a lot of abdominal work in for good measure, because heck everyone wants to work their abs, right?

Is this program CrossFit?

NO.

We borrow exercises and ideas from CrossFit, and it can definitely prepare you for CrossFit classes, but LeanFit expands to include aspects of fitness from many other areas.  We include elements from endurance training, plyometric work, abdominal workouts, bands, TRX workouts, and MORE.  If it can help YOU become more fit and amazing, heck we are going to throw it in your workouts!

 

What about Nutrition?

You’ve heard the expression “You can’t outtrain a bad diet.”, right?  Well much to everyone’s dismay it is undoubtedly true.  If you are looking to really change your physique, we have the nutritional tools to help you get there.  Our Nutrition Solution will give you the template and our coaches and trainers will help provide the accountability it takes to stay on your nutritional game.

If you want even MORE help with nutrition, you got it!  We can deliver meal plans and shopping lists directly to our Nutrition app for you!  No more guessing on what you should be eating.

What else should I know about LeanFit?

For best results you want to make sure to attend AT LEAST three LeanFit classes per week (you’re welcome to come to 5 classes, but the program calls for three).  We will offer these classes at 5:40 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays, at 5:15 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and at 8 am on Saturdays.

Attend these classes, in addition to your current program, and you will see changes in your health and fitness.  For those who want added accountability, we will also take initial body measurements and calculate your body fat percentage, because you can’t change what you don’t measure!  We will input these into your training app and it will keep track of your body changing results in real time.

What if I haven’t been exercising?

This is the perfect program for beginners.  And you will soon realize that you will make amazing strides in your fitness in just 4 short weeks.  You won’t believe what you are capable of with a supportive coach and a group of like-minded individuals who care about your health and fitness as much as you do.

But I have an injury!

First consult with your doctor or chiropractor, but we pride ourselves on our training knowledge and the ability to alter workouts to get you great results, no matter what.   Every exercise is scalable and we offer modifications based on your specific needs.
